Miley Cyrus has her family's loyal support when it comes to her past relationships.
Tish Cyrus and Brandi Cyrus, the "Flowers" singer's mom and older sister, respectively, seemingly threw shade at Miley's ex-husband Liam Hemsworth during a recent episode of their Sorry We're Cyrus podcast, per E! News. The Hunger Games actor appeared to catch some strays as the mother-daughter duo talked about their love of Australian men, specifically referring to Brandi's new boyfriend Matt.
"Men are trash," Brandi said. "They're all just garbage. Men are just so f---ing dense but there's a couple of good ones out there I guess, and I think I've found one, so we love that for me."
Tish noted that she had high hopes for Matt since he was Australian, adding that she was "not gonna rag on American men but Australian men are just different." However, Brandi quickly replied, "Well, not all of them," seemingly referencing Miley's relationship with her Australian ex. Tish agreed, saying, "Oh, that's true," before the duo broke into laughter and the matriarch cheekily revealed they were "moving on from that subject."
Miley and Hemsworth tied the knot in 2018 before calling it quits two years later. The Endless Summer Vacation musician has moved on to new relationship, most recently with boyfriend Maxx Morando, who she has been dating since 2021.
